π― Iβm a Product Designer currently working on Microsoft Edge browser team focused on AI and growth initiatives. With 8 years in UX design, I specialise in visually stunning, intuitive products. With a strong foundation in Code, I can talk to Engineers and understand both sides of the Design/Dev process.
Recently my efforts have been how to leverage AI and hyper-personalisation into design. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver growth orientated solutions that not only meet user needs but also drive engagement, and focus on delivering an Accessible experience for 282 million daily users.

I had the pleasure of working with Sarah Mitchell on several UX and design systems projects, and she always brought a collaborative, positive, and proactive energy to the work. Sarah not only creates elegant, scalable solutions but also uplifts everyone around her by fostering teamwork and momentum. Sheβs the kind of teammate who makes both the product and the people better.
Sarah has been an invaluable member of the design team working on a host of features across enterprise and commercial AI, core browser and design systems helping our growth, quality and retention efforts. She is a knowledgeable, detail oriented designer and always brings a thoughtful point of view to her work. Sarah shares and welcomes feedback during design crits and has formed great collaborative relationships with many cross functional partners within our broader engineering, product, marketing, research and design groups. She is an asset to any team!
Sarah worked as a design vendor on the Microsoft Edge design team for about a year and a half. I found her to be all around an excellent designer and a hard working employee. She worked on several aspects of the product, including design systems, core features, commercial features and growth. She is reliable, collaborative, worked well with her cross-functional partners and always delivered on time. I was sad to lose her from my team and would happily welcome her back in the future.
